What’s your return and exchange policy?

At Valitalia, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction

Returning Merchandise

All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Valitalia's approval. Merchandise purchased from Valitalia may only be returned for credit or exchange upon meeting certain criteria. Please note that pre-approved returns will only apply to merchandise accompanied by original sales receipt and in original condition and packaging.. Subject to applicable local regulations, claims received after 14 calendar days of delivery cannot be processed. Lay-away orders and special orders are not returnable or cancellable. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer in case of intact goods.

Custom Orders

Special orders begin production immediately upon order and payment and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

Order cancellation

Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 35% cancellation fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred as may apply.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Clearance items or specified sale items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please send us an email at orders@valitalia.com if you would like to make a change to your order.

Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

You are going to pay taxes according to your country's specific sales tax laws. In any case Valitalia is required to collect sales tax.

Do you collect credit card surcharges or check out fees when paying with my credit card?

No. We don’t collect a surcharge or check out fee on any credit card transactions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can place your order by choosing Credit Card or Paypal as Payment Methods.

How should I best maintain and care for my Valitalia furniture?

Most of the time Valitalia furnitre comes with instructions about how to clean or wash. If you are not sure, you can either call us or use warm water with no cleaning products

I love your products, but I would like a different size. Do you offer custom options?

Where are Valitalia products made and who produces them?

Each and every one of our products is 100% Made in Italy. Located in Italy’s Friuli region, our producers are expert furniture designers and makers with extensive experience creating the highest quality products. Our team has carefully curated the finest furniture from each of our manufacturers to cater to the unique tastes and requirements of modern lifestyles and living space worldwide.

We value opinions and experiences of our customers and freely share them on our website. You’ll find customer reviews of our products on most product pages. Additionally, we’ve made it easy for you to submit your own review from any product page

Do you have a product and customer satisfaction guarantee?

We back the quality and performance of all our products 100%. Items purchased on Valitalia benefit from the standard 12-month warranty provided by producers plus a coverage up to 24 months for defects, as required by Italian Legislative Decree 206/05. Guarantees are valid only if customer presents the invoice/receipt.

If the content of the parcel is broken, customer is asked to send photos of damaged equipment by email and notify it within 3 days to Valitalia. Valitalia undertakes to proceed with a second shipment or with a refund once the faulty merchandise is returned. The customer agrees to return items via courier: items must be packaged carefully and possibly in the original packaging. Cost of return shall be borne by Valitalia.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase on Valitalia, he/she has the right to return the order and ask for refund: client must agree with the courier the pick up of items, that must be carefully packed, in the original boxes if possible. Return costs are charged to the customer.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

What are my delivery options?

We ship our products wordwide. Stocked furniture will be shipped in 2 business days. Non-stocked orders will be shipped in 4-12 weeks: if you have urgences, please check timing before submitting the order. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, national and bank holidays in Italy, Canada and India excluded.

At Valitalia standard delivery is to your front door. If you need delivery to upper floors please contact us before placing the order so that we can provide you with the cost of the pro delivery. In case you live in a restricted area please notify Valitalia as we might need to change the courier.

What is the process and lead time for special orders?

Lead times for special orders are not noted on the product pages. Before submitting orders you can get in touch with us to know more about timing. Please note that all items are shipped from Italy; special orders are placed in production right after order confirmation and built to your specifications. Special orders and custom furniture cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded at any time.

What is a Wish List?

Once you’ve created a Valitalia account, you’ll be able to save all of your favorite products via the Wish List feature for future reference or purchase. Also, you can share your Wish List via email with family and friends.
